  • Hi
Yes I was wondering how the pandemic would affect these claims.
I haven't seen reference to Excel using a solicitor at this moment.
    Thanks for the direction

  • Hi
In addition in DQ D3 would I put 2 witnesses (myself and the colleague regarding the lack of a survey / questionnaire re point 18: Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 Section 37 (5). Have contacted them today to double check mails. Also are they only expected to provide a statement and not attend court?
    Thanks

I suspect that, if you counter-claim under the L&T Acts they will try to settle before a hearing.  Defending a Housing Acts counter claim would surely require a proer lawyer.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
  • Hi I have gone into MCOL and it states
"Available options: A bar has been put in place on this claim. You cannot respond to the claim at this time."
Is this because today last say?
    Thanks

Put that phrase into Google and see what it says.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
