so are you suggesting i shouldnt claim the outstanding amount after the cancellation fees from airline? call your credit card and say you want a section 75 claim because the airline is refusing to refund you
if the credit card company refuse to do that then put in a formal complaint to the credit card company
yes it might take some time but these are difficult times at the moment you'll have to be patient
you will get the refund in the end from the credit card company0 -

Yes it is up to you - it seems you have two options
one as you say it to get the money from the airline less the cancellation fees (despite the fact that you are owed the full amount)
if that gives you peace of mind then go for that otherwise legally you are entitled to a full refund as per my previous post but you will have to fight for it0 -
