How do we stand on this?

Flights booked to Indonesia via Hong Kong mid April. FCO advice is not to travel, can we cancel our flights and get refunded??

has the airline cancelled the flights?
if not, what options are they offering passengers? may be date changes or future credit (probably not refund if the flights are operating)
did you book directly with the airline? if not, you will need to deal with the third party you booked with
do you have travel insurance?
