Outbound flight to US cancelled, inbound still on

My outbound flight with Norwegian from Gatwick to JFK has been cancelled and the airline has given me the option for a refund. However, we had planned to spend a few days in Boston after New York, and so we have our return flight to the UK from Boston to Gatwick which has not been cancelled. We have called Norwegian over 50 times (!) and no been able to get a hold of them to discuss this. They have also ignored my Twitter messages with a default reply to check their website. This return flight is scheduled for 31/03, but obviously it's physically impossible for us to make it because of the US ban and FCO advice. Is there anything we can do insurance-wise, or because it was booked by credit card? Or should we simply wait for Norwegian to get in contact?
Many thanks!
Many thanks!

"Or should we simply wait for Norwegian to get in contact?"
That and also be proactive and keep an eye on their website. I suspect they are doing their best but working in closest to departure priority order.0
