Airparks cancellation and the Coronavirus

I am chocked Airparks is keeping a non-refundable fee for a
cancellation due to the coronavirus for which the government will offer
financial support. Then, once the cancellation process is done with promise of reimbursment, the hidden sting is to be reimbursed in a form of a voucher, deplorable

Why "deplorable"? You presumably had a choice at time of booking to select a refundable/changable rate, or the cheaper non-refundable one. Your choice. Time I am afraid to suck it up if the company is not willing or able to to offer a gesture of goodwill.3

Ok, so apparently I can cancel my Airparks booking and get a voucher. However, because of CV our holiday is cancelled not just delayed. My friend who I was going with is pregnant and will not be able to travel by the time we'd be able to rebook.
I sent an email to airparks last week but have heard nothing yet. Am I looking at losing £125 here? :-(LBM February 2008. DFD March 2013 19 August 2011Debt at LBM £14,395.48. Debt Now £00 -
If you don't want the voucher, look at claiming from your travel insurance, if covered (although whether it is worth it will depend on the excess)1

Ah. About that. Cancelled my travel insurance because it was within the cooling off period and I'm now not going on holiday. Sigh. Thank you anyway.Caz3121 said:If you don't want the voucher, look at claiming from your travel insurance, if covered (although whether it is worth it will depend on the excess)LBM February 2008.
