When to start trying to get a refund...

What I'm not able to find an easy answer to is at What point should we be contacting airlines for a refund?
I dont want to try ring now as i know its going to be peak and my first flight isnt for 2 weeks yet, so I have a little time. But also I dont want to run the risk of leaving it too late. So when should I start to be pushing to get a refund or see my options. Also I want to give airlines time to "cancel" themselves so I dont waste time having to ring now etc.
I was going to USA for 3 weeks I have travel insurance for myself and paid with credit card, so shouldnt be too much damage. I have the following flights booked and with each airline
1st April London to Florida with Norwegian Air (email recieved basically offering 'points' which i wont be taking)
7th April Florida to Vegas with Fly Frontier (they have emailed saying can geta refund although when try to do it on website I get error message saying to ring)
14th April Vegas to New York with Delta (no communication from them offering anything yet)
19th April New york to Manchester with Norwegian Air (see above)
Also given my two flights in the middle are domestic USA flights am I likely to still be covered with insurance? (Doesnt matter for Frontier, but may matter for delta)
And finally, I have travel insurance in my name, but all of these flights i booked one for myself and one for my girlfriend. I assume I cant claim back her flights if issues, only my own? She doesnt have her own travel insurance but I purchased all together using my credit card?
Thanks for all help!

Anyone able to advise?

Given the FCO advise then you could in theory sort the first 3 out but the airline could cancel the flights and refund you that way first, so wait.0
