I wouldn't buy an overpriced new build with unreliable build quality and tiny rooms at any time!  But not sure how significant the coronavirus is in the decision.  Although I'm sure there's someone who'd disagree.  Next post..,  Crashy!
We didn't. We bought a very reasonably priced new build with good build quality and decent sized rooms.
Did it come with stabling for the unicorns?

No. It could go in the garage though if it came too it.

All joking aside we have yet to find someone on our new build estate who is not happy with their home. Not all new build estates are the same and quality varies between site to site, it is all down the the contractors on a particular site. We seem to be lucky as ours is very good.

This house is certainly built far better than our previous 1930's ex council semi which was attrocious.
