Easyjet flight cancellation

Because of the Coronavirus, Easyjet has cancelled my outgoing flight to Gran Canaria (This is stated on their website, but i'm still awaiting notification). I will get the money back for that flight but where do I stand with the return flight which at the moment is still scheduled and is after the current lock down period?

My easyjet flight was cancelled on 15th February... I requested a refund and they said my 'request is being processed'... I still haven't received any refund & in my account it says 'being processed'. I feel I've been patient enough! but with the customer service link which hasn't worked for 3 months I don't know who to contact about this...
