I was doubting myself there but I've checked and it definitely hasn't been taken back

That looks the same as mine, only activity is weekly £1 PO savings out, £800 in and out once a month and the reward payment.
What are you going to spend the bonus £4 on?0 -
Mine has not yet been taken back either. Also, wasn’t the monthly reward supposed to go to £2 from £4 this month as just checked and got £4 this week?0

It's bizarre how some have been recovered and others haven't. I even messaged them to ask why it hadn't (would sooner they just took it back) but they just sent a generic reply "thanks we'll let the IT team know."
I only keep checking on it as I have my wages paid into that account and direct debits taken from there, but remove the rest to a different account, don't want to be 5months down the line and forgetting about it, then have a direct debit rejected!0 -

New criteria from 1 August will be reflected in rewards paid out 15th ish September

The rewards paid this month are for July. August's will be paid in September. They cannot know whether you've met the requirements for the rewards until after the end of the monthtg99 said:Mine has not yet been taken back either. Also, wasn’t the monthly reward supposed to go to £2 from £4 this month as just checked and got £4 this week?I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?1 -
Everyday rewards for August have now been paid into my account. I got £2 basic plus £2.40 for debt card transactions, just 60p short of the maximum £3 for debit card. Maybe reach £3 in September. I used to net £5.50 every month, so lighter by £1.10 in August.0

Even I am short by 60p. I made all the required transactions by 27 or 28 Aug but it were not settled until 1 Sept, is that the reason I did not get 60p? What is the rule - do they see when the transaction was initiated or when it got settled because DC transactions take couple of days to move from pending transaction to complete/settled.

I think the important date is the date when the payment is debited on your statement, not the date of the transaction. So transactions on 27 or 28 August settled on 1 September will count towards the September reward, not the August one. The bank holiday on 31 August has probably affected the timing at the end of August.Ghostcrawler said:Even I am short by 60p.
