Oooh! And me! Once I've made my monthly debit card transactions and had the Reward paid, I don't normally bother checking the account until the following month's round of debit card payments.mummyof5 said:

My account was credited with the reward for May a few days ago (£4 basic plus £1.30 for debit card transactions). Yesterday, the reward has been paid again (same amounts), in other words double payment for May. Seems to be a mistake. Has anyone else received double payment?No doubt they’ll take it back when they realise or not pay it next month.I consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?2 -

I'm just logged into Co-op now - doing a bit of checking and housekeeping, and I noticed I got paid £5.50 twice, so thought I'd check here and sure enough, it's not just me. Suspect they'll do a reversal once they cotton on.Mortgage and debt free. Building up savings...1

Perhaps they have pre-compensated us for the outage this morning. I only know about the outage because I tried to check if they'd clawed back the duplicate payment and was greeted with a message saying they were aware online banking was down and they were working to resolve it. And no, they've not taken it back yet.
