I seen that and phone calls answered in 40 seconds instead of 80, so possibly them reducing the highest ltv to 75% for new applications has helped and is allowing them to work faster through the current applications that are already submitted.2

Let’s hope so x0

My dip is for. 20% deposit. But concerned with the changes they will ask for 25% based on this article https://therightmortgage.co.uk/bluestone-mortgages-criteria-update/ Any advice anyone ?0

From that article it looks like the changes will even apply to those already submitted? So the maximum LTV is 75%?

If you look at the very bottom of that page that article was from April 2020. So it doesn't apply now. The new updates now for 75%ltv is only for new applicants I believe.Foreverwaiting123 said:My dip is for. 20% deposit.
