Question, What sequence do I need to go through to setup my Luxpowertech Inverter with new Plyontech batteries, I believe ive set it all up correctly but its only connected the batteries once and then it doesnt show the supply to the consumed electric for the house and still doesnt show the grid power, and now I cant get it to see the batteries saying that there is a comms interupt and then that the battery has low voltage ? it stated at one time that it was 50% full (6kWh) so im unclear why i cant get it to just reboot and start seeing the batteries ? Ive power it off from the grid, then pulled the grid connector out of the inverter then the batteries and then switch it all back on in reverse and still the same issues ? arrrrgggghhhhh

That’s twice Sunday and this morning that the AC charging has not cut off at 2.30am as in the web panel.

I power all off, then one by one, switch the batteries on.
When all on press run button on first one, this lights all leds on it, a second later on the next battery and so on until they all light all leds and then all off and just the run light flashing.
This should switch your inverter on also.
Make sure the coms cable is in the CAN port in the batteries, and make sure your CT clamps are plugged into the correct port on bottom of the lux.
Switch mains on and give it a couple of mins of clicking contactors/relays and you should be all good with a smily face on front of inverter.

Has anyone been having issues with their lux app showing the inverter as offline today? 

Mine has been intermittent but mostly unavailable. Have tried the unplug and replug adapter trick and lights all green so I know it's online. But neither app nor website consistently see it.
