I have four Pylontech US200C but I see that whenever 89% SOC is reached while charging they always stay at that level unless charging at full 3.6kWh. The two furthest slave batteries have four solid green lights plus one flashing but the other two have five solid and the final one flashing. If the charge rate is lower than ~3.6kWh this persists indefinitely with power going to the batteries but apparently not achieving anything. How can I resolve this please?

Overnight Charging via Octopus Intelligent slots charges fully to 100% because it is drawing full power but other times the batteries stay at 89% unless I 'boost' them at 3,6kWh (I would prefer to trickle with excess solar)

Yeah same here. It can take ages to go from 88% to 100% if they're only trickle charging from low amounts of surplus pv.

The Pylontech/Sofar setup is similar except the upper steps are 85%/88%/92%/95%/100%. The 88% & 95% are longish duration steps.

My uHome LFP 2400s never get to 100% at 99.4% charge stops. Still they provide the predicted discharge so I am not worried. The cutoffs are set by the BMS.

Out of interest, where do you get the ".4" from please? I'm not sure where to look for that precision (as far as I see my UHomes stop charging at 99%)

From the uHome battery app. If your installer didn't give you access you can download the app, create your own account and register your batteries. Then you have full visibility of their health.

Ah, I have the old Aoboet app (I set it up myself and registered the batteries). I presume that means the newer app won't work but I'll give it a go at some point

Yeah, I don't think they are compatible. I tried logging to the Aoboet app using my uHome details and it didn't work. I think they are two different entities. I wouldn't be surprised if Aoboet has changed hands hence the name Uhome and the very obvious affiliation with LuxpowerTek.
