  • Really struggling with the Aoboet app.  I finally found the instructions in the "Uhome-LFP-2400-User-Manual-1029updated.pdf".

Every time I press reset for 7 seconds, the green run light starts flashing (faster on some batteries than others) but I never see a "USR-WIFI232-XX_XXXX" wifi network appear.

I can always see a wifi signal with the serial number of the battery, but cannot connect to it (not knowing the password).

Also, the manual makes reference to the "light of WIFI", which I assume from context is a wifi connected light.  I cannot see this anywhere, nor a wifi module (which I guess is internal).

    Any suggestions?
  • OK I've now worked out the the "wifi module" is the little thing that looks like an aerial.

    Still no success though.

It should be just the export being curtailed, it should be the same at low and high load conditions really
Contacted lux yesterday evening on info@luxpowertek.com, got an email from them at 12 today for Shahin to resolve and by 1 oclock my controller has been updated. From initial view when the sun comes out the export has been significantly curtailed. Thankyou Solarchaser and also to very speedy response by lux.
Great stuff, hope you are happy with the whole curve now.

It has been a while since I have done it but are you resetting the WiFi on the battery and then going into the phones WiFi settings and finding the battery before opening the app and then choosing config device WiFi.

if it is asking for a password then you have not held reset long enough whilst the battery is turned on.

Yes - doing all this before even thinking about opening the app.

Try switching better off, hold power button until light go out.
Hold reset and switch battery back on

make sure master battery is last to be done.

also if iphone make sure you have automatically join off With your current WiFi or it will force the battery connection off. You may also have to switch mobile data off as I have e seen it avoid battery as it is looking for internet and battery doesn’t have any

Not sure I feel comfortable doing this - I remember warnings about having inverters and other bits switched off.

I might give it a go when they come to install my other batteries.

yes much better, small minor niggle is the system imports approx 20w at all loads on the battery. I have asked lux if they can sort it.
