How can one person (the driver) write this, when it's not the same person (the keeper) getting the letters?
I followed CP PLUS LTD online appeals process and submitted an appeal on *********. I did receive an acknowledgement of this appeal and was told they would get back within 35 days, however instead of receiving a reply from CP Plus Ltd in regard to the appeal I received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus dated *******.

The complaint should come from the keeper - angrily, WHY are your AOS member firm, CP Plus sending me (the keeper who was not driving) DRP letters, when the driver appealed and CP Plus acknowledged that on xx/xx/20 and have subsequently not bothered to send that person a POPLA code but clearly decided I am an easier target for debt demands?  Please investigate; no-one needs these shonky leaching parasite firms after us, in the current climate.

I sent an email to steve with the attachments however all he did was apologise and sent me a link to log the complaint. Shall go ahead and do as he requested or shall I email steve back?

    Many thanks
But you did make a complaint to Steve Clark so why is he wasting your time now ???
This is a fob off as Clark could have sorted it out

The BPA has lost control of their membership and another reason for this out date dinosaur to be replaced

I will email him back and tell him I have complained to you (steve) and that should be enough, and that I don't want to be wasting more time on this. All correspondence on my name (keeper) should be stopped immediately as an appeal was already sent.

All AOS complaints are done via the online form. Rather then direct emails

Don't be difficult.  Steve is helping you.  Use the appeals form.  But use my words (maybe not 'shonky')!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
