    Assume you mean Opodo?
Did you get an ATOL certificate when you booked flight+hotel via them?  Still trying to ascertain if you have a package.

Were the hotel and car rental booked at the same time with Opodo or even that you booked those elements within a 24h period of booking the flights? Did you book on Opodo.co.uk or Opodo.com?

You may wish to google and then read the Package and Linked Travel Regulations to establish exactly what protection you have as from what information you have disclosed so far, I’m not sure you have a ‘package’ trip/holiday. To that end your protection and claim may differ.

Just reading back through the thread.  Had you not originally indicated this was a trip with travel to the USA from ABZ via MAN?  Not sure if that has dropped off or if I have become confused with another thread.

OK - forget all the ATOL and package holiday stuff.
First port of call will be Opodo.  They may however be difficult to contact at the moment (post-sales teams are apparently difficult to reach at the best of times).  You may find that they simply brush off the matter as they have just acted as an agent on your behalf when booking the Flybe flights. You may be told you have to file a claim with the liquidators of the airline. You however need to establish the Opodo position first.    After that try your card provider.  Slight issue there is it would be a chargeback and it is not against Flybe as you have involved an intermediary party.   Good luck.

Opodo have a statement on their website about the collapse of FlyBe -
    https://www.opodo.co.uk/customer-service/#/alerts/flybe-limited-entering-administration

They state that they have contacted affected customers.
