This thread was a forum win, like so many we see.  So much for the rubbish writings on the BWLegal web site.
BUT, they will continue because they have to prove they are the Cassius Clay of the parking industry ?  which they are not and never will be

    Another good result. Well done.

I don't know how BW can make comments about the posters who fail on this forum. I have only seen a few that have failed and they are usually at a late stage in the process or ill prepared. Sometimes the DJ lottery does not work out. Then there are posters who perhaps for their own reasons decide to pay up before getting to the court stage. That is their choice.

Most posters who are well prepared have a good chance of winning with help from the forum members.

We need to read between the lines with what BW say.
What else can failures say.   But, the word is out in the courts around the country and they will never know which court is going to kick them out next , regardless of their appeal which has ended up as a non starter
