To first timers like me it can be quite concerning when you don't know how the system works.

Now is a good time to learn.

Send a copy to the SRA

    https://www.sra.org.uk/

pointing out that several judges have ruled  that the extra £60 is unlawful.

The BPA code of practice is not law, has no legal standing, and is a made up piece of nonsense by from a self-serving members club.

What is the matter with BWLegal sending out such nonsensical rubbish ????
POFA2012 says they cannot add a £60 fake charge and when they defy the Supreme Court who stated the ticket charge includes the costs of recovery ..... it beggars belief they still tout this rubbish. How stupid to say the BPA CoP allows them to do this when the CoP IS ONLY APPLICABLE to the parking company, it's not a law and not a contract and the BPA (Inc the IPC) are advising PPC's to break the law of POFA2012 and defy the Supreme court ruling plus ....... the courts own ruling about double recovery

Wake yourselves up BWLegal, the £60 scam is over for you, you keep getting spanked in court and even your appeal with a barrister present failed.

This is going to be yet another BWL timewasting exercise where they get spanked again and that is a perfect letter to show a judge.    Have BWLegal signed a statement of truth about the fake £60 ?
Given the new Civil Procedure rules will they lie to a judge ?

YES ..... send the SRA a copy of the letter as it's a fabrication and their claim is unlawful

BWLegal had best discontinue their claim before they are
    ridiculed in court once again
