Definitely do not do that. People have done that before and whatever has been written in that box has been accepted as a full Defence.

Will BWLegal lie to the court as they lie to you ..... 

Up to you if you want to reply to nonsensical letters, if you did, you can ask them on what legal authority they have to add fake amounts ????? They will ignore but that's OK, you can show your letter to the judge and let him or her take it up with the legal rep.

Sure sign that BWLegal will get another spanking, they best discontinue now

Hi yes i have been reading your posts on this subject with interest.
I have asked them to answer about the fake £60 but no reply yet i refuse to phone them i want it all in writing so i can show the judge. i will send a complaint to the SRA too if they fail to reply i will ask again giving them 7 days to answer after which the complaint will be sent. 
Thanks for all the time and effort you put in for us, and that goes to all the regular posters

I doubt they will reply because they know the excuses they make are rubbish.  But, more power to your elbow as they are making a claim but fail to explain it.   Judges do not like fake claimers

Re-send (by forwarding) the email again, as bargpole has spoken to the CCBC who said this:

According to the CCBC website, they were closed temporarily as one staff member had the virus.
They are re-opening as normal today, so only a few days’ worth of backlog.

Kepp writing.  If you write four times and they do not answer their conduct is unlikely to impress a judge.  All that matters in the end is what a judge thinks. f

Ok so just checked mcol and it has changed to just below the two boxes claim summary and claim history it says 
Available options
A bar has been put in place on this claim you cannot respond to the claim at this time.
Any ideas as to what is happening as this is obviously all new to me.

Found this by asking Auntie Google, so it looks good for you: -

Thank you. Essentially all this "bar" means is that the claimant cannot apply for Judgment in Default against the defendant as they have filed a defence. The claimant will receive a copy of the defence and, once they have read this, they will have to decide to whether to accept the defendant's position or wish to proceed.
