Advice on help to buy loan ATP please

Hi, we have received our mortgage offer from Barclays and are now awaiting the help to buy loan ATP. We were advised there are delays with applications due to them changing hands.
My question is, as we have received our mortgage offer, would there be any reason for our help to buy loan application to be declined?
As the days are going by waiting for the ATP, My anxiety is only getting worse and I am worrying myself thinking that we have got this far so could there be any reason for us to be declined the help to buy loan?!
someone please put my mind at ease?!

While the regulars on this ISA board know the HTB ISA, we are less familiar with the HTB Loan so you might get a better response asking on the House Buying forum?
