Hi & thanks. We had booked flights with FlyBe using flight compensation credit, for previous delayed flights, and our credit card. The credit card part we understand but will we be able to claim for the flight compensation part of our booking? Any advice?

Caz3121 is absolutely right, legally you are a creditor of the company but you won't see a penny. Never take compensation from an airline in anything other than cash1
