One poster sees to many toys while the other says it looks like an empty home. Id say while constructive criticism is useful your comments are actually just a little hurtful. This is how we live. I like a clean tidy home and with two kids keeping it clean is pretty much a full time job.MovingForwards said:It doesn't look like a home, have you moved out?
The lounge isn't set up well, but with the furniture in it you will struggle. Everything is pushed to the edges or barely furnished.
You are potentially selling to people who cannot visualise living in the house without a decent furniture layout. Please don't take any of the comments personally. What you are getting is an example of what your buyers are thinking when they view the house on Rightmove and also when they view it. Your job to sell it is to make it as attractive as possible for viewings.Remember if you are only getting families viewing because of the children's toys you are in fact cutting down the number of people who might be interested in buying it. If you want to sell you want to have as many people interested in viewing as you can not just one part of the population.4 -
The one thing that would put me off is the family bathroom doesn't have a proper shower in it, and given the bath is under the window I'd not be keen on showering in one anyway as I'd be concerned about my outline being on view through the window which appears to be at the front of the house. Other than that, it's a nice property.I agree with clearing the toys out of the front room. Dress it as an adult focused room.Make £2025 in 2025
