as english is not your first language , and presumably you have a non UK sounding name , sent the appeal to met in your home language

    twhitehousescat

If this was sarcasm, then not an appreciated one.

If this is a genuine suggestion I can write appeal/ complain in 5 languages on my own as long as it is reasonable and genuine benefit for the purpose exists.

With regards to name: plenty international names that would sound different but spellings are the same- Diana, Martin, David, Andrew, Tom and hundreds of others.

So if you have nothing useful to say in here, don say at all or kindly  explain yourself.

You are mostly accurate with your other replies, but reading over your latest comments. I’m getting a feeling that 10yr. old using your name.

Didn’t want to publicly post this.

    ...................................................................................................................................

to late i bloody well have

    not sarcasm , a suggestion

    good luck

    bye bye

If you suggested this, than it would be informative to explain. But as you are making it’s hard to understand the reason for that.
I checked your profile to see if you ever had explained this to anyone (none found), I made this comment.
I am really sorry you feel that you are right in this situation, especially when fighting about illegally organised businesses.

Can we get back on topic?

Just send the template appeal unchanged, online to MET if you are at first stage appeal.

    Received response:
What is the next step please...:

                                                                                                    Date:20/03/2020
    Dear Xxxxx
Re: Parking Charge Notice Number Nnnnnnn (Vehicle: regregreg)
    Site: Address of the site
    Issue date: 25/02/2020
    POPLA Verification Code: CODECODE
Thank you for your correspondence received in regards to the above parking charge notice.

The terms and conditions of parking are clearly stated on the signs prominently displayed around this site. These include that parking is for customers whilst on the premises only and that there is a maximum permitted stay in this area of 30 minutes. Your vehicle remained on site for longer than the maximum permitted stay therefore we believe the charge notice was issued correctly and we are upholding it.
We note your comments however we are confident there are sufficient signs at this location bringing the terms and conditions of parking to the attention of motorists and it remains the driver's responsibility to check the signs where they park and comply with the terms and conditions.
This decision, which has been based on the facts of the case and takes into account our consideration of any mitigating circumstances, is our final decision. You have reached the end of our internal appeals procedure and you now have a number of options:
    1. Pay or, if you were not the driver of the vehicle at the time of the incident, request the driver to pay the parking charge notice at the prevailing price of £100 within 14 days of today's date. Please note that if payment is not received by this date the parking charge will be payable at £100 and further costs will accrue if the case is passed to our debt recovery agents for collection or if we need to proceed with court action to collect the money due to us..

What is the next step please...

Your next step is to read the third post on the NEWBIES thread where you will find full instructions on how to create a winning PoPLA appeal.

Make a PoPLA appeal using all the points from the third post of the NEWBIES that are relevant. Post your draft appeal here for checking before you submit.

Make, Non PoFA compliant NTK your first point. PoPLA assessors have been having problems counting to fourteen so you will need to explain the dates in simple terms in order for them to understand your appeal.
    Something like,

Date of alleged event = Day 0
    Next day                    = Day 1
    ….
Date NTK issued      = Day ?
    Next day                   = Day ? +1
Date NTK received  = Day 18

Please tell us the date of the alleged event, the date the NTK was issued, and the date the NTK was received.

Other points should include at least,

    Not the landowner
No standing (no valid contract) to issue charges
    Inadequate signage
    Any other PoFA failures
    Any BPA CoP failures
    Anything else relevant

Clearly the next thing is POPLA.   The letter tells you that... as fully expected all along. Please spare our time and read the NEWBIES THREAD, then show us your POPLA draft.

Hi there, what is the deadline to make a POPLA appeal?
i was dealing with all the other debts and COVID-19 and totally  forgot about this going on. But they will not back off, so I will be running into trouble later on, so do I still have time?
