Thank you so much for listy.....I am flying off piste today..the black dog is biting me hard and trying to wrestle my leg off this week...made fatal mistake of starting kids room yesterday and I ran out of energy and time and only got it about 1/4 done. The rest is dragged into hallway and my room and I have already started ignoring it and clambering over. So I've already hoovered the car in desperate bid of procrastination and WUDUPA from breakfast and lunch preparation to ignore it......so I will have to and recheck again in at 2pm report some mini steps I there to keep myself accountable. So apologies in advance if it's all bitty and blabbering.....but progress is still progress eh?The cold never bothered me anyway7

Good to see you back Dusty, I missed you posting. Two loads of washing out in the sun and wind. I've done some tidying round in the garden and DH put up the new bug house (with support and patience and plasters from me). So nice to have a day without rain.8

I've cleaned all the tiles in the bathroom as well as cleaning the bath. I am now worn out!!! Still a long way to go in there - but it's a start
As skint said 'progress is progress'It'll be a teeny tiny fairy step forward this afternoon - I'll file the bank statements and shred any over a year old. I can do that sat down lol
Teddy ornaments are looking good sat on my clean bedroom windowsill - turning the house in to a home at long last.
Couldn't do it without you lovely ladies.
Thank you
Rxx

Round 2

Empty food bin
Fill 2 trugs (if the weather holds)
Take them to lottie?
Well done everyone who is making progress today, however small!8 -
I've been MIA for a while for no particular reason other than not much to say plus the Amytryptaline I took for 2 weeks to try and 'calm down' my constant pins & needles arm made me dopey and miserable. Went back to GP last week to get x-ray results and told her that if I was taking the stuff for depression, which is what it's usually prescribed for, I'd have jumped off a high building by now - and on balance I'd rather put up with the pins & needles. A week later it is no more than a mild tingle and more intermittent, so less irritating. Next dilemma is whether to go to the MRI scan which has just come through for 20 March. I hadn't thought it would be so soon; had expected a few months so I could decide if it was really necessary (GP said my choice, but if signs are on the mend then it is a lot of money).
Anyway I had to jump back to wave at Dustykitten, great to see you again.
On the flying front, it's not too bad here although at the moment my work is at its busiest so Mr N thankfully does a lot. My favourite toy is the small, light, rechargeable vacuum cleaner we 'inherited' from MIL; I find it so cute and easy that I use it much more....
Gardening is intermittent because of the weather.
Major office decluttering is making slow progress.
Work-wise I'm getting to grips with the new report format and most of the reports are taking a bit less time to produce now I'm getting used to it
Slinky is not doing well although I'm doing a lot of exerciseWell done Goodintentions for what must have been a horrendous ParkRun....I am determined to do one a month this year and fortunately picked the previous windy-but-not-wet one.
Drumming, I am finally getting used to a new instructor who I didn't get on with at first.
Hugs to all, sounds as if you are all flying far more than me.
Anyway back to another report or maybe join Mr N in the garden as it is currently sunny. DW emptied this morning, solar meter read and submitted on line....er that's about it.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.9 -
Sorry only just worked out how to edit. Now I can't work out how to delete.Remember...a layer of dust protects the wood beneath it.9

Thank you for all your welcome back messages, means a lot.
Narco I was prescribed the same for a pain I kept getting in my thigh. I lasted 2 days on them, helped with sleeping though! They did dull the pain back so that it is very intermittent now.
Flying - well W/M load of towels and cleaning cloths done. Massive food shop done before work. Working atm so nothing else yet.The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair9
