    I meant look at it from the outside in heavy rain, look for bad joints in the gutters, or if water is shedding off the upper window ledge correctly and not rolling back and down the brick work.

    Once its dried out a bit you could spray just the window with the hose, check it out and then spray just above the lintel to check that, if you strip of the inside silicone first you may even be able to see where it comes from.

    Many thanks guys . I have another roofer coming out either today or tomorrow. Let’s see what he says . Need this sorting been a few weeks now and none of the previous roofers have found the problem. Il keep you posted . Thanks again.
