Hi
please can someone help me . Since it has been raining with wind , I am getting water come through the top of my kitchen window.
the roof above Is a gable end and there is a bedroom window directly above .
i have had 3 roofers out, 1 said it’s the seals around the bedroom window above so sealed the window , leak still there .
2nd roofer said it’s a few holes in the pointing so he sealed that , leak still there .
3rd roofer did some flash banding and sealed the bricks with waterproof sealant but leak still there .
i just don’t know what to do. Please can someone help .
many thanks

Had a similar problem recently. Don’t suppose your house was built in the 1960s/1970s...?0

Could do with some exterior photos as well.0

House was built early 1920’s. I will take some outside pictures shortly .0

Could be something completely different, but worth looking into. See my other thread...
