The house we are currently renting had a similar note. When I wanted to view, the EA told me that someone had topped themself in the house. She said it was policy to tell people as some would not want to live in such a house. We still get lots of mail for the poor guy.MessedUp said:well
managed to get through to one of the EAs offices in a different area ................ its all a bit of an anticlimax ..... its the fact tyat two other neighbours use the same little gate to get to their gardens

she couldnt tell me why the epc is tbc though, i will call the local office tomorrow.

not a single Tesco bag for life to be found, so sad. There is a house next to some of my clients where a neighbour dispute was declared, turned out farmer next door had shot at the previous owners, only got community service, shocking!!An answer isn't spam just because you don't like it......1
