struggling now as our usual once a week shop is now having to go everyday to try and get things that are selling out too quickly!
We definitely won't make target, which I know isn't actually important, but is frustrating nontheless.

I hope everyone is okay x

    It's absolutely crazy isn't it?!

We were due to do our monthly big shop this coming weekend but opted to do it yesterday, so we didn't have to face the supermarket at the weekend. But our local stores were like a warzone. We had to try 4 different stores to find some eggs! We haven't stocked up any more than usual, didn't stop a woman getting snarky in the queue. Considering we basically buy the opposite of what everyone is panic buying, found that a bit annoying.

Anyway... adding 4/10 please :) And since I'm now working from home, should have a few more soon...

Thanks Cathybird and another one today.  I have had moments of temptation online and but I have resisted.  If I can't manage 7 days without some shiny bauble then  haven't learned anything :)

Hi  Dottles  ...Shiny  bauble :)....I  used  to feel  I  earned a  "treat"  often  for working  hard..the  "stuff"  i  thought  i needed  from  amazon  was a  regular occurance .having deleted  card  details  from my  phone  and computer I have to mindful  when  making  online  purchases  and  am  so  pleased I  have bought  nothing  from them  this  year...counting NSDs   also  a  great  motivator  so  well done

the soda  bread  was  really  lovely  and easier  to  make  as  no  second  proove  so wold  def  make again....Re  sourdough  ..I  Love   Love sourdough  but  when I  used  to make  my  own culture  I found  "keeping it  alive"  with a   daily  feed  of  flour  wasteful  when  I only  baked  twice  a  week .Do  you  use  your  own  starter ?  sorry if  post is off  piste

Day 7!! The lure of my local was very strong on the way home but I resisted, simply because I don't know when I'll be back at work.  :s
