REDRUBY I am devastated for you. All my love and strength is coming your way. You are always in my thoughts.
HAPPYCAS I hope your DH's appointment brought reassuring news.
MOLLY Here's hoping the procedure you had helps.
We are going down like nine pins, now NMLC is on the sick list too. Hope your back soon eases.
Happy Anniversary to the CSARINA's and I hope the fish and chips went down a treat. GERS if you need any help with those chocs I am here! BELLA I hope they get this virus under control soon and DD;s wedding plans can go ahead as planned. Such a worry for her.
My hair cut has been postponed!! She is coming Monday morning instead. Good job I wasn't going anywhere this w/e as my hair is out of control. That's the trouble with having it short, it soon loses its style and I end up with the Freddy Boswell look. So I will put a woolly hat on and do the end of month finances instead!!! We had a real old blizzard a while back with the snow settling everywhere, including the roads. Fortunately it then turned to rain.
Take care all xx

RUBYRED - so sorry to hear your news. You have been given a huge amount of hope though I know you'll find it difficult to see past the bad news. I send you big gentle hugs and all my good vibes. My lovely friend worked his socks off this morning!Curtains taken down yesterday, the bay looks so bareThe bookshelves are now sheathed in plastic. Alan stashed the large number of reference books from another bookcase under the shelves. There's also a huge amount of 'stuff' under the large table, a bookcase, chest of drawers and four dining chairs all piled on the table. There's a printer there too, I need access to it so I can easily pull it out. There's usually a large painting in front of this fireplace so I was surprised to see it still open. The worst is over for now. Once the builders start there will be dirty noisy chaos. I need to stock up on biscuits, milk, sugar and teabags. The next two weeks or so will be 'interesting' to say the least.I took Alan out for lunch as a 'thank-you', now that I really enjoyed. We went to a tiny though trendy cafe where I had a delicous goats cheese and caramelise onion tart (made on the premises) and he had a very large black pudding and chorizio sausage roll. My indulgence was a glass of wine! Now I've had enough for the day. Just DM to feed and water later and then I'll retire early.Take care all those in the path of rain / storm / Jorge.

RedRuby so sorry to hear your news take one day at a time and keep positive xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.12 -
