You could lodge a BPA complaint , with a brief summary , timeline of events and copies of all paperwork , the newbies FAQ sticky thread tells you that2

Thank you. I think it is safe to say in complain to BPA that first appeal was attempted after NTK because registered keeper was not the driver ?Redx said:You could lodge a BPA complaint , with a brief summary , timeline of events and copies of all paperwork , the newbies FAQ sticky thread tells you that0 -
Yes that's fine.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I made a complaint to BPA. I included all evidence such as email appeals I made to Wing. I pointed different bad practices they used such as telling me I can no longer appeal or not providing POPLA code. I was told it can take up to 14 days for wing to respond on the BPA complaint. So now I can just wait.1

I hope you are doing well. I got my response from BPA."Wing Parking has responded to advise that they received your appeal however, as there were no grounds of appeal within your correspondence but instead denial of liability, it was not treated as an appeal.
Wing Parking has advised that feedback has been provided to appeals assessor and by way of rectification, they have reverted the charge back to the appeals stage and will hear the appeal. If your appeal is rejected, you will be provided with an appeal rejection letter/email and details of how to further appeal to POPLA.
So I am at the start again. Now I am not sure if I should use the "Keeper was not the driver at the time" argument as it did not work first time. This time I should point out all the poor signs or lack of any signs at bays?

If this is, in effect the first appeal, you use the "one size fits all" appeal written in blue text in the NEWBIE sticky (unless it is a hire/lease or company car) in which case you use of the those written by Edna Basher.3

Hahahahahaha! Not laughing at you, I'm laughing at Wing but I am surprised you don't get this yet.
Of course you use it. That's what will win at POPLA.
Of course it doesn't 'work' first time! It's not meant to.
Have you not yet searched and read any other Wing threads and realised that they run a 3 stage appeal. This is the SAME in every Wing thread you care to read and the only people who lose at POPLA v Wing, are those who ignore our advice and stupidly appeal as driver and throw away the winning point!
You just repeat the same appeal at first and second stage then when you get a POPLA code you copy & adapt any other Wing POPLA appeal, focussing firstly on 'no keeper liability under the POFA'?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Read previous wing threads on here as mentioned above
Do a search on the word almo because this is a specific area with the 3 stage appeal , but you should never expect a cancellation at stages 1 and 2 , they almost always go to Popla2
