Additionally, in case number F1DP92KF heard at Truro County Court on the 3rd of July 2020, District Judge Simon Middleton stated that, "Claire Williams could not have signed the contract on behalf of the owner because she is not a director of the owner." Your case is no different. The unidentified proprietor signatory cannot have signed the contract on behalf of the landowner because there is no proof that he or she was a director of the landowner.
    @Fruitcake thank you for this.
Presume I need to include a copy of the judgement in my pack? If so, can you direct me to it? I'm struggling to find it on the forum. Thanks again.

There is no transcript.  Most cases don't have one as they cost 3 figures.

  • as per my post 19.9.20 @ 8.48AM:-

"Para 6  -  "6. Referring to the judgment Pace vs Lengyel C7GF6E3R [judgement]........"

no middle "e" in the second word "Judgment"

    However your latest WS:-

"15. Referring to the judgement Pace vs Lengyel C7GF6E3R [judgement],...."

Para 15  -  the correct spelling in this context for Judgment does NOT contain a middle "e"

I assume you are appending Pace v Lengyel so it needs an exhibit number.  Also number every page and do an Index/Contents page.

I quoted it from the judgement provided in this thread and posted by Surferone on the 7th of July at 4.53pm. (How I wish we still had post numbers).
The OP then gave the case number in their next post.

Wow, that would be great where is it shown please?  I know if I search for a specific word by the poster I can get a comment reference but that is just too much work when it would be so much easier for a forum software writer (and presumably MSE paid them to do it) to organise post numbers!

In the date and time above every post.

Forgive me if you already know this...

If you were to copy and paste that date and time into a new post it becomes a link to that older post.

For example, on your most recent post we see "Today at 5:04PM".

If I use copy and paste over those characters I get Today at 5:04PM which is a link to that post.

Alternatively, right clicking on that timestamp and choosing Copy link address one can post:
    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/77598688/#Comment_77598688

Of course you can use that copied link address with the 'Url' tab when composing a post, so one might finish up with a link to Le_Kirk's latest post

Or to make it stand out further, underline it with Ctrl+U, like this:
a link to Le_Kirk's latest post.

That's brilliant, thanks @KeithPand @Fruitcake.  Every day is a school day.  That will allow me (anyone) to post a link to a particular post, although it is no substitute for a Post Number - still, little steps.
