  • Hi again all. I'm glad I took the afternoon off work as this took a while! Court bundle attached, which I'll send out to the Court and GS either tonight or tomorrow dependent on whether you think I need to make any further changes? Just need to add in my signatures + text on the Statement of Truth and Cost Schedule.
Appreciate all the help. I can't believe I've got an 8k word count for this!

    x-02 – Claimaint’s site map & sign locations
    Typo above.

Neither of these are the right citation for Beavis at Supreme court level, these are both Court of Appeal (CA) references:
As the Supreme Court held in ParkingEye Ltd v Beavis [2013] EWCA Civ 1539 and [2015] EWCA Civ 402,

I'll let you Google for the 'SC' neutral citation number - in fact I've just seen you have it, in #25!

Remove the photo of the PRIVATE LAND greenish blue sign.

Remove the pic of the car with the white sign on the low fence behind it.

    Remove the UKCPM Landowner authority.

Remove the aerial view  - this is all their evidence, not yours!  Don't do their job for them.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Sorted! Thank you. I'll send off to the courts and GS once I've read through it again.
  • Good luck - you deserve it.

  • Hopefully my last question on this - there is a attached information sheet to my Notice of Allocation to the Small Claims Track (Hearing) relating to 'Litigants in Person Fact Sheet (7) Disclosure and Inspection of Documents'. It requires the completion of a N265 form - I've looked this up on Justice.gov and think this doesn't relate to Small Claims (and I didn't get one from GS). Am I correct in this assumption?
    Thank you!

You are right, disclosure doesn't apply.

Normally the court will simply have ordered what is to be exchanged/served (at least 14 days) prior to the hearing.

Barring any order you may have to complete one (which seems unlikely), an N265 would normally be for the formal disclosure process in the fast and multi tracks, yes.
  • FYI litigation@GS didn't work but got a response from leanne@gladstonessolicitors.co.uk - Practice Manager & Assistant to CEO.
