Have you made the complaints to the BPA and more importantly to the DVLA with the proof you have that you left and returned over four hours later?

Have you sent the SAR asking for all four images yet?

I've written to Euro Car Park and have managed to get the support of my MP, who asked to be copied in the email. I'm waiting to hear a response.

They could say how can it be unfair if councils do it.

Councils can do lots of things that private companies cannot.  Is that unfair?
Its either far or it isn't.
Do you think an English judge would rule its fair when a council does it, but unfair when a landowner does it?

Have we not dealt with this already elsewhere.   I think that you are repeating yourself John.

But have you complained to the BPA and DVLA, and have you sent a SAR as per my previous post?

No, we can't because this is not a general free for all discussion, John.  No threads here are for you to take over.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    No, we can't
    Who is 'we'
    I wasn't asking you
But if you look back through this thread you will see its a relevant and important question
Can a private company bind you to 'no return within 'x' hours' like the council signs say.

But if you do look back... it isn't relevant to "this thread"...is it?

If you do look back you will see thee thread title which shows what its supposed to be about

PCN for overstaying when I actually entered & exited twice in a day -

The OP had not stated how long he had been out of the car park.  You might have assumed that from the text, but I prefer to get the facts.
We haven't had a definitive answer of how a PPC can enforce their 'no return within x hours' rule
Not that I have seen anyway.
Councils have that on their parking signs, and yes I know this is not about council parking tickets.
But it would make it harder to argue its unfair for a PPC to do it, when councils do it.
If you don't know please just say so instead of shouting me down, or saying its been dealt with elsewhere without posting a link to where.
