That's the second time you have asked that , lol 😜0

That's Waitrose. But I have it on good authority that the parking lot belongs to (weirdly enough, given I'm in Surrey) Essex County Council. And also, on rather good authority that they give it to JLL to manage. I've written to my MP who's (through his secretary) come back to me to suggest I write to them and copy the MP's office so he can formally write to encourage the company to be supportive of my claim. Not sure how much that'll swing it, but I'll do that too...

They could say how can it be unfair if councils do it.0 -
Because, and again, councils havea
STAT
power to do it
We are not arguing "unfairness", I am arguing that the contract can only ever bind a single driver, and so can never apply to multiple drivers.
Its their fault for using contract law.2 -
John, you seem to be getting confused between contract law and the other sort. That is twice today that you have raised spurious arguments. A less charitable person than myself might think ... oh never mind. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.5

Almost all PPC claims are likely to be considered unfair under the CRA 2015 and this is no different.
The OP just needs to complain to the landowner/retailer, who can email to cancel it in one minute flat.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
