I'm shocked at how expensive the train is from CDG to Marne a Vallee - it's coming up at a minumum of £25 each for a 9 minute journey! Does anyone's have any tips on how we can do it cheaper?! There's only 2 of us so a taxi doesn't seem to make much sense as they all seem to be €55 plus. Any help would be much appreciated!
with the TGV you're at the mercy of peak pricing (its also the long-distance train so even though its only a 10-minute journey for you there is no "local fare" pricing for it). I do use a taxi transfer even with just 2 of us - I book shared shuttle price with rstransports.com, and have only ever shared once in all the time I've used them.
