 Hmmm, they write forthwith but then did they not also write a date by which it must be paid? That does not gel with the (correct) definition that KeithP just posted.welly_59 said:i can do a SAR but that doesnt help me with the march 5th deadline to pay the CCJ.
 Judgement states "forthwith", i think it depends if the courts expect "forthwith" to mean within a week? 2 weeks? a month?
 ETA, just seen nosferatu1001's post, that makes more sense.0
