    Judgement states "forthwith", i think it depends if the courts expect "forthwith" to mean within a week? 2 weeks? a month?
    Hmmm, they write forthwith but then did they not also write a date by which it must be paid?  That does not gel with the (correct) definition that KeithP just posted.

    ETA, just seen nosferatu1001's post, that makes more sense.
