I am continuing to use mine, as the generous £1,000 per month deposit limit allows holders to build up to quite a lump sum.

You could easily get above 4% with a fixed term 1, 2, or 3 years, where yo can deposit much more of your savings straightaway.
Depending on your tax situation, an ISA may be of benefit also.2 -

On strong authority, the Furness BS 3 year Reg Saver goes to 3.2% wef 01/02/2023 (2.9% now).
If you opened that at launch you won't have long to go anyway (June?), but may make it acceptable to wait until maturity: Early closure requires the faff of original or certified photo id, which maybe OK if you're local to a branch...
Also their RS5 (1 year) goes to 4.3% wef 01/02/23.
@soulsaver, do you happen to have any information about any 1st March rise for the RS5 for Furness please? They're next to withdraw from on my list, but with it being limited access, and still close to competitive for me, I don't want to risk an increase after I've sent the instructions. Thank you!If you want me to definitely see your reply, please tag me @forumuser7 Thank you.

Hi Everybody,
I have changed the following items on page 1 of this thread.- Leeds BS Regular Saver (Issue 37) interest rate increased to 4.2% gross p.a. variable from 28th February
- Coventry BS First Home Saver (Issue 2) paying 4% on up to £1,000 per month for 36 months added to the Homebuyer Accounts section on page 1 of this thread and I have highlighted that you need to give 60 days' notice for withdrawals (or take a 60 days' interest penalty for immediate withdrawals)
I will do the next update next weekend.
