I am not sure whether it has been mentioned but shouldn't Kroo be listed as a top feeder account?2

TSB's systems aren't exactly joined up though. I have had multiple issues with split profiles, most recently I have been trying to open a monthly saver since January with no success. I had a phone appointment with them a few weeks ago regarding this and they never rang on time on time (they've since given me £30). After visiting a branch they have said that there is a monthly saver application on their systems from October, which I never made which is blocking the application so are looking into it.phillw said:
Its really quite odd as I had to phone them to open the account, possibly due to account merging issues and even then they told me I'd have to fund it with a standing order and so the first payment could only be taken the next working day (which was a Monday)Bridlington1 said:
I can confirm they never enforce that one. I only made 1 deposit into it by SO, the rest were all by bank transfer from my TSB current account.chris_the_bee said:
TSB say must be SO from TSB current account but a number of forumites on this thread report it not being enforced.kaMelo said:flaneurs_lobster said:
Don't the RBS/NatWest Digital RS accounts require a SO from a current account for at least £1?kaMelo said:noThere are only two that I can think of that require deposit via standing order, FD and HSBC. Set up a standing order to deposit the necessary funds into each current account then you can manually do the rest of your regular savers as and when you want to.
No, they imply they do but they don't.
As I didn't have an overdraft and I wanted to keep the money earning interest, but I forgot to transfer it days later, the standing order failed and I manually transferred the money.
Last year I suffered a weird technical issue in which I couldn't make any faster payment online without it logging me out of internet and app banking and telling me to ring the fraud team. As a result I funded one of my monthly saver deposits through telephone banking and they also said I could only make deposits by SO but managed to make a deposit by bank transfer in the end, much to the bamboozlement of the call handler. They gave me £75 for this episode.0 -
When trying to open a Leeds Regular Saver, the form (and subsequent email confirmation) refer to it as an E-Saver - has something gone wrong their end or will it morph into the correct account tomorrow?0

You have clicked on and requested the E-Saver easy access deposit account. You need to click on their regular saver account. It is on their home page; big box saying regular savings.liamcov said:When trying to open a Leeds Regular Saver, the form (and subsequent email confirmation) refer to it as an E-Saver - has something gone wrong their end or will it morph into the correct account tomorrow?
You will, however, need the E-Saver to withdraw any funds from the Regular Saver.0 -
I tried it twice and the Regular Saver links all go to the E-Saver application form.chris_the_bee said:

I am an existing Leeds member and it takes me to the correct RS page. But if I go incognito (ie not an existing member) then it does take me to the E-Saver. So I suggest it is a phone call to Leeds.ForumUser7 said:
