I am not complaining, just reporting.2 -
Just to add to the Stafford RS comments - applied around 4pm on Wednesday (17th) - two sole accounts and a joint - received user id via text around 1pm on Thursday. Immediately sent a £25 test (faster) payment.
Accounts still showing a balance of zero this morning, so sent a query via email and rep responded pretty quickly / advised that their backend systems not directly linked to the online display systems and balances can take up to 24 hours to update, but they could see that the £25 payments had been applied.

Buckinghamshire Regular Saver Locals rate increased from 1.65% to 2.4%. This is an historical account and no longer available to open. Had an email this morning.

Excellent, I have one of those. They didn't increase after the last 0.25% so have at least now passed on the full 0.75% rise0
