SRBS Regular Saver I opened mine late last night and received text with details to log in this afternoon. How long does it take deposit to show in account. Despite HSBC confirming payee details matching they flagged it up as high risk.

It will show the next day, but will be backdated to the date you sent it.

I invariably put something else as well as the bank name (ie, my initials next to the bank name, so I can differentiate between mine & OHs, when the reference has to be an account ref), so mine always come up as a warning

When applying for an account online does Stafford Railway post forms to customers and then ask for them to be returned signed or is it a genuine online application process?
No, the application is made online, but manually opened, no hard copy application form needs to be returned to them.
How long does it take SR to ok an application and send out activation code once its submitted on line please.
I applied on the 13th. Still waiting. Not too bothered as I am still unsure  whether I would actually use the account, given the archaic withdrawal and costly arrangements.

I applied yesterday afternoon but apart from an immediate welcome email, have not been sent any login details yet

But it is variable so rate could go up.
