Tipton BS now offers a Regular Saver, for local postcodes only.
Thanks, though I can't find where the local postcode restriction is given. Hope I'm not going blind

    Urgent SpecSavers appointment for you....

It's in the "How do I open & manage my account" section
"You must live in a B, DY, WS or WV postcode to be eligible for this product."

Haven't got any of that!  No appointment needed...

No need to be rude! Have you never made a mistake...

Thanks to those who politely pointed out my mistake, as for the others, try to be kinder.
  • I opened Tipton RS app version. Was told a code is coming via post. Nothing,
Last week, I got a phone call saying the reference number I got are wrong, they corrected it. I asked them to send me the code again along with the new reference number. I still not received it.
Is it Royal mail being extremely slow(or even lost the post twice) or has Tipton not send it out.
Have you all got your code?(PS I did not open the post ver of the RS)
  • I opened the app version and got the code via post a few days later.

    .....
    - Tipton & Coseley BS Regular Saver added paying 1.25% variable on £250 per month until the end of February 2022, locals only, no withdrawals allowed until maturity (I presume it is a variable rate - on the interest rate page it says variable in one place and fixed rate in another place, then on the page about whether they can change interest rates, it says they can change the interest rate at any time)

    I noticed this too.

    Not very well worded tbh.

It has to be applied for by downloading, and then posting, an application form, so may be a while before someone can confirm that rate.

I qualify by postcode, however, as I have the app version, and the site clearly states that you can only hold one regular saver, I shall not be applying.

  • Err could you run that pass me again please
I choose the rooms that I live in with care,
The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
    There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.
