I can't find  the YBS 8%  either on their website.
 It's also said on moneyfacts that you got to open the account  in branch or post?  Online to manage  accounts.

Hahaha…..I suspect we will all know when it’s available due to about 500 posts on here of people saying ‘opened and funded’ OR ‘the site has crashed’!!!

Give them chance, it's not even 9am yet. It'll most likely appear at some point in the next half hour or so.

Or ‘Delayed - YBS doing extra checks.’ This also happened to me with the Christmas version, but with none of my accounts opened before that.  

£50 ready to go when YBS are - NS&I couldn’t have timed payment of Premium Bond prizes any better.
