Apologies if this has been covered, I received my ‘Signatory form’ from Monmouth B.S for the regular saver, I have added the new account online which is now pending. The form has just been put into the post box today. How soon do I need to wait before I can send some money to the account.
Thanks
On that basis I don't think you need to wait.3 -
Re Monmouthshire. Not only can you fund the account as soon as you have the number, you can submit the signature form on line by creating a pdf and attaching it to a secure message once logged on.2

Same here. It's what I always did with MMTH accounts, never had a problem. It can just take a couple of working days until you actually see your deposit, which in my experience is always dated on the day you sent it, or the next working day if you sent it on a non-working day

The windows are small and the walls almost bare,
There's only one bed and there's only one prayer;
I listen all night for your step on the stair.5 -

Unexciting rate, but no postcode restrictions, so might be worthwhile as a means of obtaining BS membership.
It's a little annoying, as I believe that two of the Suffolk BS's existing RS products (NLA) had their rates reduced from 5.15% to 4.90% effective 2 September.
Both accounts were mentioned as ``no change" on the list of regular saver interest rate decreases since the last BOE base rate cut, which is currently on the Archived List of Regular Savers Thread.

I have the Triple Access Saver at Coventry BS, if I transfer funds from this account to fund the Sunny Day Saver, will that count as a withdrawal from the account or are internal transfers exempt?0

Just wondering if anyone knows for certain with the current available issue of the Gatehouse Regular Saver (5.3%):
a) Can this be held if you already have issue 1 (the 7% one)?
b) Can you close it before the 12 months are up? I know it says you can't do withdrawals, but doesn't mention about full closure.0
