Yesterday was a Bank Holiday so they will not have processed the maturity/withdrawal until today. Should appear in your MONBS online tomorrow (Wednesday)

Mine technically didn't mature yesterday (was supposed to be the 30th), but I had given advance access to them a few weeks ago of early closure as the 26th (forgot it was a bank holiday at the time I requested the closure).  I got the money + interest in my nominated bank account about 5:30pm today.

How does that reflect on your Mon BS online please?

Am conscious that deposits are normally glacial speed.

The only difference (currently) is it shows as 'closed' now.  Though the final transaction of the actual withdrawal isn't actually showing on it yet, and still shows the balance as £3900.  I assume they will update tomorrow.

I hope you're right.

Seeing two both as RS the day after maturity isn't normal for the dozens of other RS I have - even with the BH considered.

Hopefully they received the postal maturity instructions as they once again didn't advise me.

It's a shame the maturity instructions online aren't a little more sophisticated to include all permutations.

I'll be interested to see that the final bounced £300 (and recredited) payment has accrued the correct level of interest too.

You may not receive interest on the lost 5 days. I complained and received compensation plus lost interest:

Reimbursement based on 7% for 5 days of interest on £300.00 - £0.29

Reimbursement based on 8% for 5 days of interest on £300.00 - £0.33

I now have my Monmouthshire exclusive regular saver account number on my signature request letter. If I put this as the reference are the account number and sort code the same as for my regular saver issue 2. Want to get a payment in before September.

They didn't send me t and cs and I can't find on their site now. Am I  correct this is 12 payments, max £500 a month?

Yes. They specify max bal £6k so no 13th payment possible in this one.

I applied for this 22/8 & received signature letter today.  I’ve added account to ‘My Accounts’ & sent initial £500 by FP this morning. I’ll post signature form tomorrow & set up SO from 1 Sept as soon as £500 appears. 

Signature letter dated 21/8 (day of application) received today and sent back today. Added the account successfully to the home page and sent £100 by FP today, intending to add £400 once it shows. Optimistic that it will be done and dusted in August for adding to it next month. 
My Exclusive 1 matures on Friday but I wasn't prepared to risk waiting.

My £500 sent yesterday morning is not yet showing in MONBS RS account. Account just shows ‘Pending’, but no balance. I had expected it to be credited today.
