Well done, the incompetent Gladstones screwed IT again for UKCPM.
Gladstones should have known about the signs and advised UKCPM

My area courts rarely grant costs, either, so sometimes you just have no hope of getting costs from a Judge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
