Aerial Direct
I’ve been having issues with this company. I feel I’ve been mislead and have been trying to get copies of my calls with them so I can hear back what I was told ahead of signing up. They told me as a business customer I had been passed to them by O2 as they no longer were able to upgrade me. I ended up paying a huge amount for a new phone before realising I simply could have upgraded for nothing with my local O2 shop. They are aggressive, pushy and claiming they have listened to my call records and they’ve done nothing wrong - yet still I’m not in receipt of those calls in order that I can make up my own mind with actual evidence. They call months ahead of contracts been out to pressure you into signing new contracts. I learn from an O2 shop that many people have experienced the same behaviour. Seeking advice....one number out of contract one with a year to go ( but is the one they mislead me with).
