Evening! Sary, we were going to Melia Hacienda del Conde, was going to be a bit of a treat! Usually we do a villa with a pool and go selfcatering, this was a proper hotel. Never mind. We were offered an extra £100 back if we took a credit note. I’d rather have my money back in these uncertain times. No idea when we could go away next time. And if we would want to or could afford it. Lots of ifs. I believe Simon Calder the travel journo did a program recently about what to do about holiday deposits and payments etc. Perhaps worth a google to see what to do.

Chieveley thank you for your efforts with the chart. I have lost the plot for now and haven’t weighed for over a week as I know it will not be good news. Just back from Waitrose with more fresh stuff but also more Easter leftovers. Self sabotaging big time. By the time I go shopping next it should all be gone from the shops, phew. Doesn’t help that I know there will not be a proper SW weigh in/meet for the foreseeable. Must try and up the exercise this week to counterbalance. At least the weatherforecast from tomorrow for rest of week looks promising here.

Morning all, a much brighter one today.

Don't beat yourself up PIB, it's difficult for us all at the moment.  The easter goodies should be out of the shops soon so hopefully that will be the end of the self sabotaging!  I'm sure I've put on so far this week - it was clean trouser day yesterday and they were definitely a bit tighter than last time I wore them so I'm probably at the very top end of target or maybe even just over.  Really must stick to low Syns for the rest of the week but today's plan won't help as DH wants sausage toad but I'll make it as low Syn as I can but they'll definitely be syns!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - 2 sausages, egg, beans, mushrooms & tomatoes - P; S; F; 2
    L - cheese on toast - HEA/HEB; P; F
D - toad in the hole, roast potatoes, roasted veg, cabbage, green beans - F; S; 4.5

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
    Syns - sausages 2; flour 4.5

There's a banana cake/bread recipe on the slimming world blog this week, might be worth trying.  Works out at 30 syns for the whole thing and they say to cut into 6 slices so 5 syns a slice.

No maman or bubbs today?  Hope they're both OK.  Don't think maman posted yesterday either.

Was on the other forum where bubbs goes earlier and she hadn't been there either from what I could see.

I'm still here. Still suffering a bit from neck pain so taking it easy.
Stayed on plan yesterday and enjoyed KFC. 😁 I had some chicken pieces LO so had them for lunch although it meant a few syns for my favourite sauce.
    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit (F), fried egg, ham (P), HEB toast, HEA milk
    L- chicken stir fry with noodles (P, S, F)
D- JO roast pork (P), SW roast potatoes (F), red cabbage, green cabbage, swede, carrot, cauli, broccoli (S)
    Syns - honey 2.5, gravy 4? weekend wine 😁

I was thinking that perhaps we could have a new thread just for lockdown. No challenge, just helping each other and anyone else that wants some support while they can't get to a group. What do you think? 🤔
