Sary so glad you're now on the mend. Wouldn't worry about getting back on plan at the moment. That can come when you are feeling safe to go out to the shops and can be bothered to cook properly again.
Hope you're OK Beanie, sorry to hear you're falling at the moment.
Had to go out and buy some eggs this morning so just went to butchers rather than the supermarket and was pleasantly surprised to find no queue at 9.30 this morning! Bought some more sausages as well to put in the freezer so should be ok for breakfasts for a while! DH wants a toad in the hole at some stage so one lot will be used for that. Think I'll do that sooner rather than later as not planning on weighing "officially" for another 6 weeks or so!
Today's plan:
B - cheese omelette, small slice of sourdough & scrape butter - HEA2; P; 5
L - gammon & salad sandwich - HEB; P; S; 1
D - potato, cauliflower & bean curry & rice - F; S; P
HEA1 - milk
HEA2 - cheese
HEB - WM bread
Syns - sourdough 3; butter 2; LTL mayo (instead of butter) 1

Hi everyone, I've been in and out of the SW threads on here for a few years and always found the support helpful. Last year I did my own thing and managed to lose a bit and got to my lowest adult weight, and about 9lbs away from my target. Then I went to America on holiday, put a stone on and have been struggling to get it off ever since. The added global pandemic has meant that I've been eating my stress away and what worked for me last year isn't working for me now (or I just don't have the willpower for it!) So I'm coming back to the old SW ways to get a bit of structure back into my eating, in the hopes that I can make it through the rest of this crisis a little lighter. I've always done SW from home but won't be joining online or a group.
Plan for today is:
B - Branflakes (HEB), Skimmed milk (from HEA), 2 clementines
L - Chicken, cucumber, tomato, mixed leaves, shredded beetroot, avocado (4.5 syns)
D - Fish fillet, mushy peas, broccoli
S - Popcorn (3.5 syns), cups of tea with rest of HEA

Welcome back Ruby. Not sure if you're aware but you are now allowed 2 HEAs and 1 HEB on the plan so if you want extra milk on your cereal or some cheese you can. I don't often use 2 HEAs but it's useful sometimes like today when I wanted cheese for my omelette!

Been gardening today too! Have pricked out tomatoes into individual pots this morning to grow on until next month so that they can then be transplanted outside into bigger pots. Peas are coming up nicely so hopefully a bumper crop from those. Courgettes have already been planted out but hoping we haven't done that too early! If we have I'll just have to buy some growing plants next month.
DH has ordered some pepper and bean plants for delivery next month. Have also ordered more compost as we'll definitely be needing more for all those plants!
