Love the sound of the double cheese soufflé's Beanie.  The whole meal sounds lovely.  Very restrained with just having the Kir and raspberry gin :).

Having a Green day today but probably won't have the 2 HEBs but can have a 2nd one later if I fancy something:

    B - overnight oats - HEB; S; P
    L - leek and potato soup - S; F
    D - cauliflower cheese & chips - S; HEA; F; 4 syns

    HEA1 & 2 - milk/cheese
    HEB - oats
Syns - cheese sauce mix 4; weekend alcohol - depends what I have!

Oh Beanie, I'm drooling, that sounds delicious.
Well +2lb this week, don't have a clue why as I haven't done anything different this week and haven't had any bad days.

    Morning all (just)
WI with half off, amazed as had stress biscuits at home and work 😱
Talking of work, yesterday was really weird, we said goodbye to our Year 6’s ‘just in case’!
We are in as normal next week for keyworkers children. Would have included his nibs as a EHCP child but as a parent is at home and it’s stay at home if you can! You know what I’m thinking 🤗. Probably end up working a rota as quite a few of us are available.

On the upside, managed to get loads of rice and chicken portions from Mr T 🥰, also chocolate digestives 😱🥴.

    Stay safe all  o:)
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

  • This is certainly quite surreal at the moment, trying to maintain normality in an abnormal time. On the plus side, not that many syns in the house so an ill wind as they say!

Think it will be Bubbs, if not her, Beanie, who will be very proud of me. Was rummaging through a cupboard for veg stock as I was making soup, and found.........orange smarties. Have to be there since Christmas. However, as I was out watering the plants, the neighbour was out with her children so they got them!  We were talking about how difficult it is with children at the moment and how lucky  we are to have some space for them to get out and blow the cobwebs away. Eldest is in nursery and is devastated that she can't go at the moment and mum said something that had not crossed my mind. Schools are staying open for key workers, but nurseries aren't and she works for the NHS. Her husband is having to stop work so that he can be daddy daycare, luckily that is possible, but what about families where both parents are classed as key workers?

Going to be naughty and go to see my aunt tomorrow, she is classed as vulnerable so it may be a while before I see her again, and it has been a difficult week for her, her DH first birthday since he died, family had booked a special dinner and it got cancelled, may make a cake for her later.

    Keep safe everyone

Well done if you've managed a loss this week. It's not easy but we will keep plodding! 😁

I do hope 'his nibs' stays at home tie
We've been out for a walk today (trying to do it every day) so got some Body Magic in. 😁

I batch cooked some brown rice today. We ate some for dinner and I've got 3 for the freezer, so it'll be as easy as a microwave pouch and syn free. 😉

DH asked after dinner which meat was in it. It was veggie. 🤔

    Today's EE plan -
B- NAS grapefruit, skinny syrup, half banana (F), HEB porage, HEA milk
    L- lentil and vegetable soup (P, S), ham and beetroot (P, S)
D - mushroom stroganoff (S) with brown rice and SW chips (F)
Syns - cheese? weekend wine 😁

Not sure of cheese syns, generous tbsp of low fat cream cheese, but not too bad.

Well done Sleazy, a great loss this week.

    Today's plan:

    B - stuffed Portobello mushroom - S; F; 1
    L - Ham salad sandwich - P; S; HEB; 0.5
    D - pork strips, roast potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, parsnips; cauliflower - P; F; S; 15

    HEA1 - milk
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB - bread
Syns - 1/2 pack Ainsley Harriot Spicy Sensation couscous 1; 2 Tbs LTL mayo 1; belly pork strips 15

Hope everyone is OK.  Seems very quiet on here this weekend.

    Denise

PS  edited as miscalculated the belly pork!  Also oversynned the LTL mayo!
