Yes, I'd say that's worth around £200, for the phone calls, branch visit, inability to use funds, and the massive worry caused.
I would also switch my accounts from TSB as soon as I had my compensation payment.0 -

Mistakes do happen but think of the cost to you. The sleepless nights and stress. All the phoning around and visits to a branch trying to resolve matter. This is totally unacceptable and they should pay for for their costly mistake.
