#4 makes no sense and wasn't the place to add the italics version of Somerfield, what's that doing there?  You were not meant to move it out of its original paragraph, just to make it stand out by dropping it down a line and putting it in italics.  Not repeating it in #4 which isn't about Somerfield!

Also remove this line I saw somewhere:

This is not the name of the claimant company as shown in full on the claim form.  They are not even just 'UKCPM Ltd' are they:

UKCPM Ltd, Mr XXXX XXXXXXX(Claimant)

And in #3, none of this makes much sense and the sentences are cut off:

Oh, and it looks cluttered so it needs the usual Times New Roman Font size 11, with 1.5 line-spacing.

Your Witness Statement is still littered with UKCPM Ltd.
Look at the Claimant's name on your County Court Claim Form.

Why do you have to be told several times before anything gets changed?

You can also find their business name on their website , plus their business address , although they should have filled in the correct name on the original claim form , plus correspondence like PCN s etc

It's definitely not ukcpm or ukcpm ltd either , you won't find those on their website

OK, I have changed UKCPM to UK Car Park Management Ltd (I orginally changed it from UKPCM to UKCPM). UK Car Park Management also in headers now.
Beavis has been corrected.
So hopefully I just need to correct this next paragraph 'Within the IPC CoP Part B, paragraph 2.1 states the requirement of such an agreement.'
I must apologise for my errors, and must thank all you people for your very kind help.
